Yes. Very messed up.
But most of people don't see that, being easily manipulated by Bungie like sheep.
They just accept it passively.

So dumb. Manipulated like sheep?!? That's how progressive video games [b][u]should[/u][/b] work. If VoG weapons could maintain par with new raids, nobody would want to grind the new raids for the new, better weapons issued needed to progress in the game. But I guess that's my stupid sheep mentality right?
