After x amount of kills you can evolve a common into a uncommon(with 10 uncommon shards from disassembling uncommon weapons).Full upgrade a uncommon get x amount of kills evolve into a rare(with 10 rare shards from disassembling rare weapons)........Continue this until it is a legendary. All perks are RNG. This will give life to all the weapons you you look over. 2. Exotics Weapons Exotics are really not exotics. Strange coins are rather easy to come by. You just have to wait for Xur and everyone has icebreaker or truth or any other exotic. There is no reward for working hard to achieve an exotic. I say keep Xur selling exotic armor but no exotic weapons. Instead have him sell a RNG exotic bounty each week. This bounty would be a random exotic bounty for every player. The bounty would cost 17 coins. All exotics would have different bounties not just the current bounties. This would ensure everyone was getting unique exotics and also earning those exotics through bounties. Exotics would still RNG for strikes raids etc. 3. Custom Armor Everyone looks the same.
