The reason this topic isn't in a Destiny forum is because I don't have Destiny so I can't post this there. One of the main reasons I was disappointed with Destiny is that there's limited exploration. Several friends of mine still play Destiny and whenever I see them play it they're on the same maps. Imagine if the entire Halo 3 campaign was only on Sandtrap, Standoff and The Pit. That's what Destiny seems like to me right now. I'm a big fan of exploration, so doing the same quests repeatedly in the same areas would get boring very quickly for me.
