Well, this whole thread is about buffs, so I don't see the relevance of your questionably-worded insight. I'm trying to bring other exotics to be on-par with the more mainstream ones, rather than reel those in line with the bad ones. The highest item quality in the game should be deserving as such, no? And yet I still often run strikes and such with only legendary weapons.
