I have been leveling up New Monarchy Rep over the last month or so when I found a player that had the Rep shader. I was like Dam I want that. They tell me that they got it at Rank 8, I was currently at the Time Rank 3 . But I thought to myself, I have good luck so far this should be easy. Well Rank 10 passed not long after that still no shader. At this time I was a little pissed but thought o well it must be coming soon, I seen some people say they got it at Rank 15. I was praying that i did not have to wait that long. Well Rank 15 passes still no shader. I think about just saying screw it and stop trying. but after that one of my buddys got his 2nd Dead orbit shader at Rank 17. So I think to myself "it cant Shit on my soul 3 more times right?". Well not at Rank 20 still no shader. Just some random weapons and some armor that I cant even use. After all of this I think i will keep going till i get my shader, But I have one time to ask of bungie. CAN YOU PLEASE NOT GIVE ME STRANGE COINS, WARLOCK GEAR OR HUNTER GEAR PLEASE. I understand that the random 33 light gear is nice when you are leveling a new person, But I don't think that the Faction Rep Rewards should be Random Class as well. Most players are leveling that Faction rep so they can get something either it be armor or a weapon. so why give them something that has almost no value at all? I dont know if im a special case or anything, or if just play way to much but I rocking a good 250+ of Ascendant Shards and Energys. So when i get this "super" cool warlock head piece that i Sooooo need it just gets turned in to 3 Shards or something. Or when i get a Faction Reward and i get 1 Strange Coin, Again i know some players are dieing for some but when you can run the weekly and get 9 of them. Vs having to do 4 days of Daily bounties plus the good 3 extra hours of patrols Grind to get enough rep for 1 level up. I just dont see how 1 Strange Coin or 2 Shards or even the Crucible Commendation Thing is even worth it. Something I would love to see. If you hit a Rank of say 20 or even 30. Have it unlock the Shaders for that Faction. You went though all that time to get rep with them, Should you not be allowed to Rep their colors. Or does the factions think you have no Earned it? A trade in system for the Commendations. I thought the Commendations where cool for the first week. it stopped players from getting hard to get items like head piece, Chest, and weapons the first week of the Expansion so it made us have to wait a little bit of time go get extra geared for the Crota Raid. Well before the Cheese happened. But Can i Trade in Commendations For even More Rep? I mean currently im just deleting them because they are a waste of space. And the small Vault can only hold so much. please excuse any of my grammar errors or if it seemed i went on a huge rant. But I just hope Im not the only player getting F-ed by the RNG gods
