I picked other. I've already served upon discharge I was given a re-enlistment code of 2X. Meaning I'm ineligable for re-enlistment. So even if a draft were to happen. I would stay here.

Okay I'll compond your what if with mine. So if a draft were to happen and I was to see a recruiter. I would bring a lawyer to nogotiate my new contract. My terms would be to restore my E-3 pay at the rank of A1C for the Air Force effective immediately upon reprocessing including the time before ship out date. To restore my qualification for my GI Bill along with the time and monies previously invested that I had lost upon my discharge effective immediatly as per criteria above. My AEFC would be of my choosing and not limited by a categorized selection depending on the results of an ASVAB test if I don't make the cut for Pararescue. Speaking of, that will be my primary AEFC and prior criteria applies only if I absolutly cannot make the cut and I mmediatly ship out to Pararescue training after basic and will go to technical training for my fallback AEFC if I don't make the cut. I will have it nogotiated that I will not have my time served lost and will be restored and accumulate to my total time served upon reprocessing. I have more criteria but for now I will finalize that I have a at least a 5K sign on bonus in my contract regardless of my AEFC and if I select an AEFC that is in demand and already has a sign on bonus then the monies alloted will be added to my original 5K.

If you don't mind me asking, I'm not knowledgable on military acronyms other than like ROTC, MOS, and AIT, what is an AEFC?
-
It's a numeric code to I.D. what your job is.
-
Oh so like an MOS?
-
Exactly
-
Sorry for the questioning, but is that for the Air Force? I'm guessing from what you said about pararescue.
