Destiny has the potential to be great! Bungie please read.

Hello to all of the staff at Bungie, Let me start of by expressing my appreciation to the hard work and dedication you have given to provide the gaming world with Destiny. I have been playing Destiny since getting into the Alpha and I have thoroughly enjoyed playing, with all of its heartbreaking drops like chatterwhite for the I lost track how many’th time and jumping for joy moments like finally getting a drop I’ve wanted. I still play every day with the hopes of getting the one weapon I still covet and I can’t help but cursing the game when I can’t get one weapon, but I keep going back for more, I’m sure anyone can guess what that weapon is, but I’m not asking for it to be sold or given to me. I just want to play and get it any way possible, be that its sold by Xur(highly unlikely) or just keep grinding it out. Also, I have made some strong connections with some of my fellow players and we have ventured out into worlds and concurred the most difficult tasks, and enjoyed each and every moment of it. I have only ever replied on a post about this game once, but I feel a need to get this off of my chest. I’ve read other posts about fixing the game and patches and various other topics, and I agree with some and disagree with others. For instance, how players are so upset that all of their tireless hours of grinding to lvl up was made almost completely obsolete with the inclusion of lvl 31 armor in the tower when the dlc dropped. As I too had that same feeling of frustration, but I understand the decision that was made to take into consideration the new adopters of the game, and to give them the opportunity to get to lvl 31 with relative ease for sustainability for them. I know you have to making decisions for the majority and not for the minority. I can only speak for myself as an early adopter that I can’t help but feel slighted by this move, but I will take it in stride as I do with everything else. I truly only want Destiny to be great, so please listen to some of the experienced players that are posting ideas and suggestions to make this game great, some of the ideas are absolutely fantastic and will extend the longevity of Destiny exponentially. Some are obvious like bigger vault space, accessing vault from ships, larger glimmer max, logging in directly to the tower... Other examples I like, were increasing the difficulty of some of the public events and planet mission bounties for higher lvl players, and another one with adding diversity to guardians by adding in unique enemies variants that have the potential to drop unique items that can be equipped to legendary armor. Also, listen to the haters, as it can be inspiring to prove them wrong and thrive in spit their negativity. I can understand your stance on putting in the hot fixes to stop “fix” cheesing. I’m in the mindset that I don’t much care how other players play the game, the do you and I’ll do me mentality has worked for me so far. But with these fixes they have created more problems than they’ve fixed in some instances and need further development. I mean either way hot fix or no, I’m going to continue playing and enjoying my experiences. I only ask of you one thing, in future dlc, please do not make us spend a quarter of our in game currency to upgrade our existing exotics that we’ve spent countless hours trying to obtain and lvl up to only have to lvl them up all over again. It makes our efforts leveling them up the first time feel depreciated. You have shown that the base damage of an exotic can be increased i.e. the Vex, so if we compromise and you increase the base damage of our existing exotics but we still need to lvl them up to their max. I feel that would be a good compromise, because a good compromise is when both parties feel they got screwed. Thank you all of the staff at Bungie, you have made a game with tremendous potential and an extremely enjoyable experience. I would be honored if anyone at Bungie read this post.
