I know this is just random shit and not technically official, but Cortana Five being the Flood empress should really be #1. That and the Subforum of Bungie's current game at the time being incoherent toxic tards since the Zanzibar forum to the end of time are things that Flood knows.
Cheerios and Clockman also deserve a mention, as well as Sapphire being the ultimate fgts.
