TL;DR: apple bought the company that developed Kinect 1.0 a few years ago. apple patented the other company's patents. very very broadly... like how they patented a rectangular shape or taking picktures with a white back ground.... they now have a patent on all form of direct motion interfaces. what are your thoughts?
