Nerf Black Hammer Now!!
That sniper is so OP beyond outrageous. Whats the point of having 8 back up ammo when it fires so slow and ammo regens to 3 before you are able to empty a clip once. This makes icebreaker pointless, and that is an exotic. Nerf Nerf Nerf!!! My God!

Black hammer is balanced alright at best against most enemies. It's only shining moment is on fallen walkers and bosses than don't move
