Has anyone found a single use for this ability? Run in a straight line, without jumping I might add, to get a weak ass shield lasting for like 3 seconds?? If I were the developer who came up with that ability, I would fire myself. It has no use in pvp or pve, hell the only use it has is for "cool" blurry line effects around your screen while you are running. None of my fellow punchbro Titans are ever going to give up shoulder charge for pvp, so why not make juggernaut applicable for pve?
Suggestion:
Shorten Juggernauts ramp up time to 2 seconds (from 3 I believe?) and make it so that while the ability is active, you get a shield that actually absorbs some -blam!-ing damage. ALSO to change it from still being comletely useless, make it so you can use it while moving or jumping anywhere like the shoulder charge ability. The effect still would be time based and would dissipate upon stopping. This would negate OPness in pvp because when you stop to shoot, your shield drops. The overall point of the ability would be an Oh shit way of running out of close quarters combat in pve and have a shield to take some damage while you regather with your team. Or to be the first to run into combat without getting murdered before getting into cqb range.
We are Titans after all... We are armored punchbros whom should be scaling the map in close quarter combat. Not hiding behind our hunter and warlock counterparts because we are equally as squishy... Join me brothers

I'd rather it just be damage resistance than a shitty shield. It can be as long as you are running or jumping and it doesn't need a cooldown or charge time.
