11 RepliesIf you believe in reincarnation you must therefore believe animals make a conscious decision between good and evil because if you're a bad human a get reincarnated into a dog or something then its a broken system if the dog can't actively make good or bad decisions on his own. So ask yourself first if you believe animals and all living things can make these decisions on a daily basis.
