People like this honestly have no idea what goes on behind the scenes, like the fact that Bungie has even stated that the skeletons of maps coming in the future are in fact, on the disc, to lessen the amount of data we have to download when the Expansions do come.

Which is precisely what I'm willing to believe. Rather than having a 40gb download for 2 million players each time a DLC is released, some of the known content was included in the original game files. I seem to recall the Minecraft release bringing down the servers. Imagine how fun it'd be if we all tried to download the complete expansion upon release.
