I personally like LDR 5001, the one from vanguard (arc) has higher impact than p&t. I also have a solar one that has firefly in place of the less flinch perk. Get yourself a thorn or the CE raid scout rifle that marks people and wall bang all day!

Black Hammer. It drops when beating Crota on normal mode. Praedyth's Revenge is still great too because of the fast reload.

The iron banner has the highest impact, it does the most damage per crit than any other sniper
