Pretty sure its been beaten to death but..
Does anyone know how I can come about in getting exotic bounties? I read somewhere if you turn in all daily bounties you will get some exotic ones, but I have done that and no such luck. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

If you turn in a lot at once, you have a better chance, but it's still RNG
