Another use for a mote of light
So for those of you who dont know, a mote of light is a type of currency used to get engrams from xur as well as some cool class items from the speaker. i found out recently that during the new Crotas End raid that if you dismantle a mote of light during The Pit part of the Raid, it will actually remove the weight of Darkness for a little bit. Eventually you will get the weight of darkness back, but then you dismantle another mote of light and then your weight of darkness is removed again.

that's awesome makes me wonder what else some of my currency/utility items could be used for in later DLC's, not to mention the upgrade materials as well. With a supposed 10 year plan its easy to think of the applications they could employ later, HELIUM to make you jump higher or move faster, RELIC IRON to increase def, SPIN METAL to increase att, and SPIRIT BLOOM to reduce cool down rates and thats just off top of my head...lol almost makes me want to farm.
