Alright so recently I've been swapping between scout rifles and hand cannons. I love using Thorn but need a solid legendary hand cannon to free up an exotic spot at times. I've been looking into the TFWPKY 1969 from crucible and it looks solid. However the Venation III from Dead Orbit also looks pretty decent. The reason why I'm considering the Venation III is because I want to rank up my Dead Orbit for the shaders so might as well knock out two birds with one stone type of deal. However, if the TFWPKY 1969 is significantly better, I have no problems holding off on the Dead Orbit ranks for now. What is everyone's opinions on both weapons? Should I rock one of these? Or another hand cannon all together? [i][b]SIDE NOTE[/b]: Yes, I know the Fatebringer is the preferred Legendary HC for now. However I have not been lucky enough to land one of these yet in the VoG.
