I would just like to know what is actually being done if anything? Its impossible to get an answer on why there's so many disconnections continue happening and just the same old copy and paste blah blah from Bungie in way of response. We need more than just admin response we directly need to be addressed.

Hi daDOOsk1, Thanks for the post here. I appreciate the interest and passion over the investigations Bungie is conducting on different network and connectivity issues affecting players. However, with game development, the idea "It's ready when it's ready" is very true. Investigating, developing, and rigorously testing any change is a delicate, time-consuming process and sadly I won't be able to share any details about the work being completed here in the studio until that work has been [i]100%[/i] completed. Here is what I can share. The responses you see on this forum from BNGHelp accounts are [b]not [/b]copy-pasted text blurbs that we fire and forget. Each is written (ok, typed) by hand and we genuinely want players to have an awesome time playing Destiny.I can share that our troubleshooting suggestions work for many players and it's great to hear them come back and say they are online. At the same time, our steps are not a magic bullet and some issues cannot be resolved with changes to a home network. We know and acknowledge this. At the end of the day, we will continue to work towards problems players are reporting.
