Either provide a path for IB gear to get to max light lvl 32 or don't let raid players come in and throw their weight around in IB as a 32. Enough with the double standards! What I am saying is that IB should be capped at whatever level you can reach by playing PvP only. To everyone saying play both. It still doesn't solve the fact that PvE is the only path to max light level.
