If they updated the vog to drop max level armor and guns then ppl wouldn't have to pay for the extra content to stay on top of the game.
I guess only way round it would be for the upgrade mats from CE to be used for leveling up vog gear to max.
It's a shame as it stands the 2nd raid is like a strike when compared to vog.
And many noobs will end up missing out on vog all together...
