This is old news.
They mentioned back in December the following:
- VoG will have an added difficulty level to keep it relevant.
They announced last week exotics will already be 331 on hard mode VoG as early as next week. One step in that direction.
Please stop with these threads. Believe it or not Bungie is on the ball.
I understand the excitement and enthusiasm to help improve the game but Bungie does read these threads they know! We don't need to repeat over and over and over.

They're making the exotics 331....you barely even find exotics in the vault. The only one people even try to get from it is the vex and I guarantee that won't be getting the 331 upgrade. Bungie is not on the ball. They add stupid shit without actually giving a damn about what many people actually want.

Bungie is on the ball... Bungie seems to have very little farward planning if you ask me. Otherwise these threads would not exist in the first place. They must have known a long time ago the content was going to be cut and released separately. Yet didn't figure out how it was actually going to work.
