Nah, people with high K/D with sniper rifles and no captures are everywhere. You see them posting everyday. Capture per game just shows how a player play a control game. We all know what kind of play style that is, when someone runs with a sniper rifle with no capture. Edit: not saying certain play style are "bad". Everyone can play however they want. But we all know certain "hang back" play style does get you high K/D pretty easily.
