Depends. Sharp cheddar is usually my favorite, but I do enjoy some good Colby-Jack as well. Swiss is great on sandwiches, and mozzarella is fantastic. Smoked cheddar and smoked Swiss are delightful on burgers. It has to come from Wisconsin though, only good cheese.
