A Tergo Lupi is not a "Competative" clan. A Tergo Lupi does not have a heirarchy or chain of command, we don't hold practices or organize competative events. Although, any member of A Tergo Lupi is welcome to participate in any competative event as they please, and if a team of clan members want to organize competative events or participate in them as a team, they are more than welcome to do that as well. The point of A Tergo Lupi is that when you see "A Tergo Lupi" on someones emblem, it lets you know that the Guardian that displays it does their best to hold themself to the following 5 standards: 1) Do your part and take your responsibility on the team seriously. - If you're having difficulty with your job on the team and you need some help or need to switch to a different responsibility, that's fine, as long as it's not because you're goofing around instead of doing your job. 2) Communicate effectivly with your team. - Call it out when you need help, when you're down, if you're going to assume responsibility for reviving a downed teammate, etc., and for goodness sake, don't be b.s.ing while others are trying to communicate important information on the mic. 3) Don't slack off or goof around during combat. - If you want to explore, or goof off, or whatever, that's totally fine inbetween bosses or when there are no combatants around to pose a threat. Just don't be doing it otherwise. Your teammates probably don't want to spend 3 or 4 hours trying to complete something that should only take 1 hour because you keep dying or causeing their death by not taking care of your responsibility. 4) Be respectful - Don't waste time telling people how horrible they are or calling them names. If someone is having trouble with their responsibility, find out why, try to fix it, and if that doesn't work, see if you can find them a different responsibility. Also, don't rage out on anyone, it doesn't help anything and it's annoying to everyone on the mic, and if you're getting so frustrated that you decide to leave the team, that's fine, just don't rage-quit. Let your team know, as politly as possible that you are going to drop from the team, let them acknowledge, and then leave. If you calm down and decide you want back in, you can always jump back in the party and see if your slot is still open. 5) Follow instructions and be able to adapt - If you aren't sure what your responsibility is or how you can contribute, or your team has decided to follow the lead of a specific teammate, follow the instructions you're given. - Focus on the task assigned to you and don't just go off and do your own thing. If things aren't working out as planned and you need to move to a different responsibility or just take on additional responsibility, be flexible and adapt to that responsibility.
