How to create world peace.
Imagine you have a power like no other, the power to kill only by writing down a name. Apon writing said name the person will die in 40 seconds, the cause of death can be specified and the time, but only in a 6 minute time span, if not specified it will go to default, 40 seconds, heart attack. There is no way to stop or avoid the death. Testing it will cause suspicion. In the eyes of most you will be a serial killer but by being crafty and smart you might just manage to deceive your way to world power. After all, who would fight back knowing they could die in less than a minute?
