Darkness 3 Dead Ghost Fragment Does Not Show Up

I and two of my clan mates went to where this is supposed to be and they found it, it does not show up for me, nor does it have it listed in my Grimoire cards... any suggestions?

I have the same problem. The ghost is not there to pick up. I assume I grabbed it in previous play throughs, but no grimoire card.
