Not the same. Go compare the two and mida allows you to run quick..a lot quicker

Again, go test it out. Equiping mida makes you run quicker. I have already tested out both in CE

No you dont. I told you before that run speed perk is independent of agility mod. They are 2 different mods.

Then I don't understand what youre trying to say. Mida makes you run quicker vs vex, which doesnt. Unless youre running less than 3 people in a raid, I dont see the need for you to swap out anything.
