You've obviously decided to buy an Xbox one and get the Digital Edition. And have broken this disk as you don't want Bungie to loose out on a sale by you selling it second hand. Very commendable.

Edited by Ne0nK0ala: 1/9/2015 8:01:05 PMBungie doesn't make money on second hand items, so if that is the reason it's a pretty bad one. Just to note, if you say they do on Dlc , yes they do but people will buy any old second hand content so your copy won't matter that way either.

A person buying a used copy doesn't buy a new one. If there isn't a used copy available then the person will buy a new copy, giving bungie money. This is what Wowbagger is saying. Not that Bungie would get money from a used copy.
-
But there's always going to be a used copy somewhere, not every1 is stupid enough to snap their disk.

Guess you still aren't getting the joke...

The original comment was a joke I get that, the fact that he added "very commendable" to the end shown that, however the op is not a joke so my reply was a reply to his possible reasoning, and your reply wasn't a joke also, it was put seriously, so was mine as such.

Your reply did not follow the logic of the joke. I still think you don't get it. Wowbagger was saying he broke his CD so Bungie would get money. You replied saying Bungie doesn't get money from used copies. That reply does not match what the joke is about. Do you get it now?
-
I also said "so if that's the reason then it's a bad one" thus directing it to the op.

It was meant as a joke... no reason to be serious about the reasoning at all. Thus, the reason I replied to in the first place. It really doesn't matter. I just wanted to point out that it was a joke so you didn't look so lost, which apparently is impossible to do.
