What's a Playstation Vita?
And is it worth buying if I have a ps4?

Google ps vita streaming. Then google how to use ps4 remote on vita. Then google, stream vita to TV. If you travel a lot then I'd recommend it, if not, don't bother.

I wouldn't. I've owned a vita since spring of 2013, and I've gotten to watch firsthand how Sony gradually stopped releasing games for this thing and then wondered why it flopped.

Gravity Rush is one of the best games I've ever played. And the system is a beast for indie games. If you're into them and Japanese games, it's worth having. And being able to play Final Fantasy X on the go rocks.

If you like JRP's then yes! It also has some older games and classics from PSP, PS1, and PS2. I'd take a look at what the library looks like before you purchase.
