It's a fun gun really. The stats really don't do it justice either. Once it's fully upgraded it's a vary viable scout. The only issue is it takes up an exotic slot, if it were just a legendary I would definitely use it more often. It's the only weapon with both agility and speed perks that I know of. Very awesome for the first part of the CE raid. But it's also great for patrols and other low level activities where you are spending the majority of the time running around.
