meh, low 30% precision kills tells your story, heck all your precision numbers are really low.
I am a hand cannon guy, but use the multi-tool from time to time and enjoy using it, but you gotta hit stuff in the head man, in the head.

A lot of that is from shooting them in the head twice with an HC or scout and then having a sliver of health then I just say -blam!- it and shoot them in the foot lol

I don't seem to suffer from that problem. Obviously your aim with the weapon is terrible.
