Yeah, so Titans are like gods but the only difference is they are mortal. And yeah warlocks sole purpose is to understand the darkness and get most of their power from knowledge. Yes hunters have seen things no guardian has ever imagined just because they are tasked with most of the scouting operations and yes they do prize relics and trophies or simple money. But Titans are very prideful, now that's not a bad thing, but it's not always good either, self pride could be a guardians downfall.
With that said, cool story, I'm interested in what you have next and let's keep in mind that there is no master race and they are all important.

Don't get uptight bro, it's about time someone said Titans aren't just asshole flying around with arc and void.

Edited by RicochetMKXV: 1/8/2015 8:06:13 PMDon't misunderstand me here, friend. I wrote this (well, other than being awesome) to highlight the inherent flaw in the strength of Titans. They can't exist without war. Godlike or not, if they're godlike they're like the god of war. Ares has no purpose in peace time. Titans are the same on some level. Warlocks would go learn, Hunters would go profit, but what would a TITAN do if peace broke out? They're willing to do a lot for the sake of war. Just describing what the Barrier Punch would actually mean as an ability in lore highlights that. It's ugly. It's cruel even. But they'll do it, to become harder to kill and drive battle forward. Just the mentality of being a Titan, to me, has a dark side. Just like hunger for power or greed. I'd even go so far as to say that Titans are worse. Thanks for reading! Doing a series #BattleOfPhiladelphia --- link's in the bottom of the original post. Probably doing more class stuff later too.

This is so intriguing. The bloodlust and love of battle that you wrote about make me love my Titan that much more. It makes it seem more real. The best thing about a character is their flaws. Most people don't understand that. When a character has flaws it makes them Real. It makes them come alive in your mind. I for one am extremely interested in what would happen to Titans after the war. I personally like to think they make a new Vanguard sort of group. Almost all Titans. But of course any Hunters and Warlocks out for blood could join. They would be Protectors of the Light. But they would only protect so they could destroy. I think they would get tired of peace however. Protecting is one of the main parts of being a Titan. But then again, so is being a Shard of War.

"But they would only protect so they could destroy." YES. You get it, man. It's just my feeling that the 'protection' is a very eloquent excuse. They know the universe is ugly, they know that if they stand between the 'enemy' and everyone else they can do just about anything they want in the name of 'protection'. They're warmongers with the luxury of having a war brought to them! At least, that's how I see it. And this is coming from a main-Titan. A main DEFENDER Titan. Some of them might be truly altruistic hero types but... Ehhh... Something doesn't quite add up there. ALSO. Link to more stuff is at the bottom of the original post. And if you're dying for more Titan stuff, #VAL and read the posts "Angel", "Righteous Fury" and "No Place for Mercy"

Edited by ThaPerna: 1/8/2015 8:04:44 PMI actually don't want to know what would happen if the war ended and Titans getting bored.I think it would start another war due to the fact Titans would kill anything like other guardians or innocents. You should make a story about that, that would be epic!
