I'm pretty sure my mic does work because it worked on Forza Horizon 2 but in strike missions I can't hear anyone. I just say what I'm going to do out loud anyway. Look I'm pretty shy too but to to get anywhere on strikes you need to communicate a little bit. Maybe I'll send my team members a text message every time I plan to make a move. I hope my headset works because it cost my family a lot of money to buy that for me.
