He's not. He wants the raids to be equal because what if you like some armor over the other but you don't want to lose your levels? Plus there'd be such a huge selection of items to choose from, making it a lot more fun

Nope because than the raids lvls would increase making non dlc players have equality as well why should they be the same lvl as me if I did every raid but they did one ? Does not compute
