I NEED HELP SLEEPING IM NEVER TIRED IN TIME TO GO TO BED EARLY ENOUGH FOR WHAT I NEED TO DO IN THE MORNING.
POST STUFF TO HELP GET TIRED QUICKLY, AND MAYBE ANYBODY ELSE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM CAN GET HELP TOO
WHY IS IT THAT THE ANSWER TO EVERYTHING IS FAP? THE ONLY THING I'M TIRED FROM IS READING ALL THE PEOPLE TELLING ME TO FAP

Also, get https://justgetflux.com/ f.lux fixes this: it makes the color of your computer's display adapt to the time of day, warm at night and like sunlight during the day. It's even possible that you're staying up too late because of your computer. You could use f.lux because it makes you sleep better, or you could just use it just because it makes your computer look better. Looks weird at first, but you'll get used to it.

Find your medicine cabinet, take a handful of random pills with a bottle (or several) of vodka. You'll be in a deep sleep before you know it.

Take two wodka cola, youll sleep very well. Also dont watch tele before you go to sleep.

Get yourself a routine. Turn off phone, tv and any bright light stuff at least an hour before bed. Try to keep bed for sleeping only. Uh maybe try reading.

For quick fixes use melatonin or Benadryl. You should also work out or be active, east healthy foods, and make sure you are on a sleep schedule
