I don't know, are you 12? No, seriously. Lack of maturity might play a factor in that. A mature Titan feels no need to brag, to down other classes, to engage in pissing contests. We're excellent, everyone needs us. We don't need to say it. There's no reason to. And on a lore-ish level... That was the point here. Titans might be as described above in the story, but it also highlights that they NEED the war. Everyone else would go do something else if the fighting stopped. Other than Titans. So Titans need everyone else around, because without them the war isn't winnable and/or there wouldn't be one. What I'm trying to say is... Even the jackass Titans you come across NEED you, whether they'll admit it or not. Who the -blam!- would they play with if you weren't there? They need you in order to have something to bitch about. Always remember if someone you're playing with is talking shit, you have the option to leave and see them try to do it alone.

I respect types of titans like you but most of the time (I play on 360) it's COD kids that like to brag The thing is though we need all three classes for strategic reasons

And yes defender titans shields are the best in battle I'm not trying to start a debate I'm just saying that most the Titans I meet are 6-12 year olds that think they're better then everybody

Oh. Well then dude I honestly support you. I'm on 360 too---and yeah, kids will take how useful the class is and take it to mean they're just godlike and everyone should bow down. Not fun to play with.

Titan defender class IS the best class in the game. Obviously more helpful than anything a Warlock or Hunter could bring.

Nah brah. I main a Defender Titan. I'm a damn good Defender Titan. I need/respect my team.

I also main a defender "brah" Yeah everyone plays their role, but Titans are the most helpful without a doubt. Whenever there is not a Titan and I am on my Warlock I just want to switch back. Extra damage is amazing, and the armor of light with saint 14 for the raids and nightfalls is disgustingly good. For PvE Titan's are the best class in the game.

I guess you don't play with my crew, man. We have one of each for the raid. Sunsinger (Fox) , Voidwalker (Fault), Defender (Me), Striker (Wally), Blade Dancer (Virtual---"Doss"), Gunslinger (Church---"Bishop"). Playing a Defender definitely allows me to hold ground, cause hell, and wreak havoc... But it's when Vitual has my Blessing on and can just go HAM with Arc Blade that I'm happy to be a Defender. Yadig? We might have the greatest effect on the team, but a GOOD player of any class, using their moves well, is great from any class. Fault knows to look for the Defender/Sunsinger created orbs and use that Void Nova whenever possible. Sure I can create the orbs for him, but I can't wipe out a wave the way he does. A Voidwalker who didn't know to Super as often as possible would seem pretty... Meh.

This^^ I am a defender. I am the last bastion of hope when my raid team is on the brink of extinction. My bubble is both life and power. My teammates wipe out the approaching hordes to ensure victory and feed me orbs to keep OUR bubble up. We win.

Most are probably strikers. They love smashing stuff and don't appreciate teamwork and variation in a fire team. Unlike Defenders.

We Defenders are classy folks. I play alongside a Striker though, and I definitely appreciate his smashface tendencies. Defenders do what we do in quiet, and efficiently. Wouldn't give up my Striker brothers for the world though. Somebody's gotta do all the derp.
