There is a pride to certain players because they feel they can only reap satisfaction from a game by enduring the struggles around every turn. However, many players like myself play for both skill and efficiency. Being able to kill crota legit isn't the issue. Its having only so much time in a day to put towards a time demanding gear grind type of game that requires players to cheese a quick completion instead of grinding out hours doing things the "legit" way. Bungies previous bans also had to deal with players exploiting a glitch that gave them in game currency, which is not the same as one to three extra RNG rolls a week. If this was a glimmer glitch it might be bannable, but essentially all they can and will do is continue to patch the glitches as best they can to prevent easy completions and slow down progression of players, essentially keeping them online longer. That's all they care about. Cheesing raids isn't game breaking. In fact many players feel the slight relief from the usual time struggle keeps them happier and online more. Let me know if you agree.
