It is with field scout, and that would be chosen over lightweight and quick-draw. Which i think is fair since the next perk unlock is mutl-tool which improves the movement and handling.
Personally I have found that I like my B-Line trauma just as much since it has such a high fire rate. But it is really only because i ahve not had a chance to upgrade my mida yet.

Yeah, Exotics are a pain to level up sometimes.

Its more that I am waiting on Xur before I go any further with it :) Then it will be back on my main.

Hoping for a decent weapon this week, I already have pretty good exotic armor for my characters.
