1 ReplyIt's a fun gun really. The stats really don't do it justice either. Once it's fully upgraded it's a vary viable scout. The only issue is it takes up an exotic slot, if it were just a legendary I would definitely use it more often. It's the only weapon with both agility and speed perks that I know of. Very awesome for the first part of the CE raid. But it's also great for patrols and other low level activities where you are spending the majority of the time running around.

3 RepliesI got a MIDA 2.0 last night from the nightfall. I am really puzzled as to why the only exotic scout rifle has such low stats. The only stat it has is reload, and it's fire rate is a bit above average. I might level it up for the Pitt section of CE though.

The MIDA is actually pretty good. But most seem to forget that it is a multi tool. This means good at several things but not the best at most of those. It works pretty well at any range except extreme far. Damage is high enough to get the job done. It has crazy high stagger. When upgraded you move crazy fast. Perk matter just as much as impact, range stability, rof, and reload.

4 RepliesMIDA is just situational. I like using it on my titan while running through the abyss. But then I put it away and use real guns for the rest of the raid.

Its a pvp gun. Good for patrolling though because you move so quickly. Add in blink and you cover nearly 1.5-1.75 the ground of a simple runner. I feel like I'm walking in mud when I dont have it on.
