Use it for running lamps or wanting to move fast. The speed boost is nice

I prefer the faster firing scouts. The MIDA isn't that bad, but I haven't touched it since I got my B-Line.

Have u maxed 1 out before saying this? Are you baseing this on single bullet dmg or dps? Do you have fun with it? For me its fun to use its not a raid weapon dps mida comes out on top by about 3-5% coz of rof at close to mid range (im aware thats not the point of a scout) add the movement perks on it with maxed agility you can fly

10 RepliesLol at you not understanding the strengths of weapons. I have Gheleon's Demise,Another Nitc,Mida,etc. Even though other scout rifles are stronger damage wise,no other primary staggers enemies as much. Also no scout rifle fires faster.

You obviously overlooked its usefulness in the Pit portion of Crota's End. Faster move speed on a primary means damn near sprinting to the end possible, as a scout precision kills on thrall are easy.

It's not supposed to be the best gun at doing one thing, or the best gun for everything. It's supposed to be good enough to get you through many different kinds of situations and its great at that.

You're a fool if you don't see the usefulness in this gun. Sure, there are other more useful ways to utilize your exotic slot, but if you have legendaries than can compensate for any of your other exotics, the Multi Tool is heads above the majority. And yeah, you probably just don't know how to use it. It doesn't operate like a perfect scout rifle, although it is. It's more like an sub-automatic sniper rifle with less impact and an ACOG scope. It's a marksman rifle. Not a scout rifle. Scout rifle's are ranged versions of HandCannon's, essentially. For example, the Satierrene Rapier and the Badger CCL. Play from a distance. Utilize your tip...of the reticle. And don't be such a bitch. The gun's a beast. One of the best exotic primaries. Edit 1: Not to mention it has one of the most predictable and responsive recoils out of any gun.

I leveled mine up just to the speed perk and +2 agi. Use it exclusively on my bladedancer hunter and not even as a weapon but just for the insane speed boost when i need to relic, or sword bearer, etc

2 RepliesRobininDaHood I use the Mida every PvP game and have a much higher K/D than you and am near the top spot in the match every single game I play so in crucible it is awesome if you know how to control it. In PVE it is also awesome, it shoots fast and reloads fast which makes it excellent for getting off lots of shots on swarms of enemies or a single large target. Its knock back works very well and mix in +2 agility and the active radar when scoped in with primary the mida is top 5 weapon in the game easily. But noobs aren't able to use them so I understand why you don't like it. I get people messaging me after crucible matches telling me how annoying and OP the mida is when I use it.
