AGREE 100% EXCEPT FOR ONE THING;
What about the people without the DLC, yeah, they'll be able to upgrade it to DLC stats, but...they won't be able to get radiant materials....so how would people without the DLC go around doing this....
And it's not like we can just say reforge with ascendant to help non DLC players out cause people have *cough* 600+ energies...that's the only flaw, but I still love the idea

Honestly I think it should just be radiant energy. The only real reason to keep raid guns relevant is for other raids. Maybe just allow like instead of 3 radiant energies per node non-DLC could use 9 ascendant per node.

But as I said....people would rather use the ascendant per node to just finish it instead of getting the nine radiant energy, which isn't hard at all really...to finish. Every regular player should have at least 100 energies

Unless what you're saying is if you do have the DLC, it requires radiant and if you don't, you use ascendant? Is that where you're getting at?

Yeah. With DLC you use radiant, without, ascendant, Just you would have to use a substantially higher amount of ascendant since it is easier to get.
