This is probably one of the most important improvements that needs to be made, but I think it's a significant change to upgrading. If they make the step to upgrade VOG weapons to 331, they need to allow you to upgrade armor to light 36. The great thing about RPGs is everyone doesn't look the same or play the same. With Destiny's current design, all lvl 32s will look exactly the same or 1 exotic piece from exactly the same. I hope they do this, but don't expect it soon. And I just spent 2 weeks leveling 331 primaries, so my Aetheon's Epilogue sits on the shelf gathering dust. New guns should replace old guns, so it's a new experience but EPIC guns should be permanent. Thanks for the post.
