No dont buy it, i made the mistake of buying it, and the vender one is useless.
If you want to buy one i would highly recommend the Crucible one - TWERKY 1969!! :-)

Funnily enough I already had TFWPKY 1969 with 3rd eye and Headshot reload perk. And believe it or not our "gift" for me was the The Devil You Don't.... With terrible perks so I sharded it..
