I was going to try handcannons by buying a TDYK but missed it, then Rng saw fit to give me two handcannons last week. TDYD which has some poor perks and The Last Word, which i love.

Yea if its random it can be awesome like mine or horrible like the vendor

The Rng versions can be as bad as the vendor, sometimes worse IMO
