No , it's fine. I can be very loquacious myself. I just type slower. Funny , I just got rolled LDR5001. I had 3 Timur's Lash & Gheleon's Demise with Mulligan & Firefly. I love Firefly. I hate making you type but as far as the rest of the Exotics go? What is your take on them? I ask for 2 reasons, 1. Because I am giving the review you shared more gravity than any others I've seen . As a matter of fact , none I've come across have been as accurate (for those I've experienced at least) as yours. Hands down. With that the remainder of Exotics that I'm unfamiliar with , they elude me , will be trusted per your descriptions. 2. A couple of them are my Holy Grails , just because I'm curious about them or they appear desirable . Or probably just since I've not seen them yet. It'd really put a sense of perspective on chasing my Dragons if u will. I definitely appreciate the time and response , bro. Most people aren't as accommodating ... Thx

I could write long essays praising the other exotics, but you'll find there's very little audience for praise, and a high demand for criticism. I will say that my favorites, design-wise, are: The SUROS Regime, for capturing a sort of 1950's space-age vision of the future; a weapon which is very obviously ahead of our time, yet appeared outdated in a Guardian's hands. It struck a chord with me from the first time I held one. The Last Word, because I'm a giant sucker for the American West, and the sheer absurdity of a single-action revolver thousands of years in the future only compounded on the implied ridiculousness that we would still be using ballistic weaponry at all. Army of Darkness-level "so campy it's badass". And I'd give #3 to the Ice Breaker, simply because I believe that's what an exotic truly ought to be. Were I in charge, what we call legendary would be made rare, and most exotics would become legendary. Ice Breaker would remain exotic, for it truly is. According to the lore, only one model ever reached the testing phase of development. On sight you know it's entirely different from all other sniper rifles. Other weapons follow this suit, but Ice Breaker is the most outlandish and unmistakably, well, exotic. In terms of your own personal collection, I can tell you that you're certainly missing out on Gjallarhorn, the Mythoclast, MIDA Multi Tool, and The Last Word. You'll probably enjoy Thorn once you get it, it's much better than it used to be. From just about every other exotic unmentioned, you may derive some enjoyment or maybe even find a new favorite, but the "top tier" exotics are almost unanimously agreed upon, and in terms of sheer power are impossible to match. Mythoclast, Regime, and Thorn are going to always be vying for "best primary". Gjallarhorn will rule strikes and raids while Truth controls the crucible. Even though none of those are my favorites to use, I can't deny that they're beyond comparison really.

How are Hawkmoon & Monte Carlo ?
-
Monte Carlo is good, but nothing special unless you specifically build around its exotic effect and maximize its payout for you. Excellent for a Defender Titan or either flavor of Warlock with armor that gives bonus super or grenade energy for melee kills; in the case of the latter, a Voidwalker with Embrace the Void will have both abilities ready to use quite often. Hawkmoon is one of the best, I honestly forgot to mention it. In PvE luck is hardly a factor, because against anything worth that bonus damage, you're dumping the whole magazine in anyway, so it's just bonus DPS. In PvP, a lucky enough man will kill you in two hits, and a skilled but unlucky man can still beat you with three. If hand cannons are your speed, Hawkmoon is hard to beat, but the Regime and Mythoclast will always be considered more reliable, more forgiving, or easier to use.
