The inherent issue with Queen's Wrath and especially the Iron Banner is that they're legendary, not exotic, and as such can spawn with any of the host of upgrades. I myself had a rather nice Supremacy from QW which spawned with the Tacsys scope (my personal favorite), Field Scout, Final Round, and Snapshot. Beautiful rifle. Friends of mine also got the Supremacy, but void or arc damage, only the shortest/longest scopes, maybe nothing better than skip rounds. They're luck of the draw. Iron Banner introduced the excellent Reforge system in its most recent iteration, allowing you to take any IB weapon dropped or purchased and reroll its upgrades. I used this to get the Timur's Lash and Jolder's Hammer I found in the Crucible to have the upgrades I wanted for them. Therein lies the problem. Though I've yet to see one, I will confidently assume that there exist an Iron Banner shotgun as well as a Queen's Wrath one. So, theoretically, one could just reroll the dice until they got one with, say, Field Choke, Shot Package, and Hammer Forged, and it would be one of the best shotguns imaginable. Better than the Exotics. Bit of a long-winded response, but I can't review weapons so loosely defined. Technically speaking you could have two sniper rifles with identical upgrades and stats, but one would be orange and called LDR 5001, and one would be pink and called The Supremacy.
