With only 2 raids though AND the fact everything else in the game drops at 331 makes that logic flawed.
Now I disagree with being able to upgrade your old legendaries. I do feel that new drops from VOG should be buffed. Why are the old exotics still being pulled from vog.
Now the legendary weapons should drop at 323 like current vex and the vex and all exotics from v of should drop at 331
