The old forums
I was always a bit of a lurker in the old forums, never actually getting up to doing anything on them, but I feel like I missed out on a lot... So my question is, did I miss out on a lot, or was it just a lot of -blam!- ?

Well... I was a bit of a lone wolf, in regards to the community back then, haha I had (Still do) a ridiculous amount of halo knowledge, but never got the gonads to post on the forums... For whatever reason, I do now, so personal win, yes?

You mainly missed out on a lot of inside jokes and references, but those will be replaced by new ones in due time.

People seem to look back at them and see it as a whole lot different - better, in some way. Apart from the functional and aesthetic differences, I don't think it has changed very much.
