There really needs to be a method to upgrade VoG weapons which we've spent hours upon hours getting.
Best idea to me is to so something similar to how we can upgrade Exotics with Xur, but for Legendaries just use the Gunsmith. (Not like he has any other purpose besides ammo synthesis).
