Welcome to the world of MMO's if you don't want to play you don't have to. Save up your coins and marks if you do not want to raid but you will still wait a while to get level 31 gear and level 32 is out of your reach as you need raid gear atm to get it.

Edited by GouldBerg988: 1/7/2015 6:49:22 AMYou have put 27 hours in the game. That is nothing. Most of my friends have put 300-400 hours in. There is a point, at around 100+ hours when you have done all there is to do, where the grind becomes non-existent if you have 3x 30 chars, that can fly through the raids in under one hour, through nightfalls and weeklies under 30 minutes. At this point you are playing for fun, because you will most likely have all the gear you want (besides that one elusive gun/shader/armor that gives you a long-time incentive) If you don`t want to put that much time in it, Destiny is not for you. And un/fortunlately there is no way to pay around that timeinvestment other than to hire a 3rd world gamer that grinds you an account.

Level 24 and you don't want to "grind" anymore? This game is not for you buddy, because I have some news for you. The way weapons drop in this game is so random and stupid.
-
Do me a fav stop complaining little kid
-
Yeah the best/easiest/fastest way to get purps and yellas is....
Act like you don't want them.
-
Face hard to the Palm!
-
Unfortunately the only way to get good stuff is to grind in one way or another. Your either grinding for marks and rep to get vanguard stuff . Grinding strikes and nightfalls in hopes of a lucky drop, grinding for coins to buy gear from xur or some combination of the above...

Pro Tip- No Grind= QUIT PLAYING DESTINY
-
Roc strikes
-
You refuse to do what is required. You refuse to do what everyone else does. You ask these people to help. You should probably stop playing. I here lots of people like something called Candy Crush. It has sparkles and shiny things. Go play that.
-
Just go run the Vanguard Playlist and buy the tower gear. If you don't want to grind then this game isn't for you honestly.
-
"Refuse"....HA!!....better find a new game
-
So basically, give me the best stuff without any effort. How about no.
-
Sell the game to someone that wants to play it.
-
Buy vendor sold merchandise
-
Ladies and gentlemen.....THIS is why I fear for our future. Lazy kid doesn't even want to put some work into a video game.
-
I did my first raid with 2 rare weapons and 1 legendary, just get a good team and you'll be fine... Plus you get rewards while you do the raids so you'll land up getting the legendary gear to boost your defense while you raiding... There are a lot of good people in the destiny community that don't mind helping out, but they obviously won't appreciate you saying you don't want to grind for whatever reason but you still want to land up being lvl 30+ lol most of us here have grinded our asses off to get to where we are...

Edited by half an idea: 1/7/2015 6:03:43 AMGet the bounties. Do daily mission. Do 2 strikes. Do patrol until you get bored. Hand in bounties. Takes about an hour and a half a day and after 2 weeks you have all the fear you will need from vanguard or drops. Alternately do it all in one day. About 4-5 hours but you'll be short on rep. At the end of the two weeks. This is assuming you have only just levelled to 20 this week and have basically no rep. It's about a 20 hour grind from never playing to lv 28 then the night fall and weekly heroic take over and your raiding. Strikes for marks. Patrol for rep. Bounties for experience. Heroic, night fall, raid, for gear above 31.
-
I can help you grind, it isn't that bad when your sitting there being stupid with a couple of buddies, it goes by hella fast
-
Probably not the quickest way but just do all the vanguard/crucible bounties everyday and when your vanguard/crucible rank goes up you have a chance of getting either a weapon or a piece of armor
-
Nightfall. Buy gear and do the vault. Do the weekly and buy from Xur. If you don't want to get the DLC, those are your best bets.
-
Spend 20 minutes doing the daily story, then an hour doing the daily vanguard bounties, and then spend whatever time you have left on the strike playlist. It'll take you like, two weeks to get everything you need to be level 30, if not 31. Also, try to complete the weekly strike until you have 13 strange coins saved up - that way you can buy a piece of exotic gear from Xur when he comes to the tower. This is not supposed to be something you can hash out in two days. You're going to need patience and time.
-
I smell Christmas noob lol ;-)
-
Either you grind or you Get The -blam!- Out of here. If you think this is grinding, I dare you to play Ever Quest 2.
-
Edited by Blackkkk: 1/7/2015 5:10:50 AMJust do a public event everyday, get your strange coins from the mailbot, and buy one from xur. If you don't want to grind there's not much else to do Legendary wise, play a strike equal to your level. You gotta grind a little, or level up your cryptarch
